Jyeshtha Buddy is a mobile app, conceived after sensing the changing trends towards the elderly. It addresses the present social needs of society and attempts to bring about a positive social reconstruction full of empathy, warmth, care and sensitivity. The App is aimed towards encouraging a community integration, connecting senior citizens with young volunteers in the vicinity. It fulfils two basic needs of society. Helping lonely senior citizens to meet their daily needs and creating satisfying job opportunities.

Refund Policy

This Refund Policy shall be read with the other policies of the PM Consultant available elsewhere on the Website and/or App. This Website and/or App contains information about the fees, payments, charges and its guidelines. Users are requested to read all the information thoroughly before availing any services and/or facilities.

Website and/or App Charges shall be paid by the Jyeshtha and Buddy online as per details available on Website and/or App.

To avail Website and/or App services both Jyeshtha and Buddy shall keep their account active and uninterrupted by paying app charges regularly. User account on the Website and/or App will be automatically deactivated if it is not recharged on within time. In case the User fails to maintain the User account active, the User shall pay re-registration charges Rs.500/- to activate such de-activated User Account.

Processing of any refund request is subject to sole discretion and approval by PM Consultant. For e.g. If any aggrieved Jyeshtha is unhappy with the services provided by the Buddies, may request for refund of the fees paid by such Jyeshtha, and we will immediately initiate thorough investigation of such request and we shall notify you on your registered mailing address that whether refund request has been approved or refused.

If the complaint raised is found to be genuine, the refund shall be approved and notification of the same shall be informed to the aggrieved User. The refund shall be effectuated within 4 weeks from the date of such approval, subject to verification of the account details provided by the User. Refund requests shall not be entertained for monthly and quarterly subscriptions. Refund request shall only be considered for half yearly and yearly subscriptions.

Calculation of the Refund will be processed in the manner provided below:

For example, in the case of half yearly subscription (Amount - Rs. 2,500/-) if, utilized period is say 3 month and 3 days then refund would be Rs. 2500-(4 * Rs. 500) = Rs. 500/- Same formula shall be applied for yearly subscription.

Part month shall be considered as full month for the purpose of calculation of refund.

Refund shall be transferred to the source account only from where the subscription amount was received and also after due verification of the account details provided by the User.
