Jyeshtha Buddy is a mobile app, conceived after sensing the changing trends towards the elderly. It addresses the present social needs of society and attempts to bring about a positive social reconstruction full of empathy, warmth, care and sensitivity. The App is aimed towards encouraging a community integration, connecting senior citizens with young volunteers in the vicinity. It fulfils two basic needs of society. Helping lonely senior citizens to meet their daily needs and creating satisfying job opportunities.

The relationship between the PM Consultant and/or the Jyeshtha and/or Buddy and/or the User will be governed strictly by the terms and conditions provided on the Website and/or App from time to time.

PM Consultant undertakes rigorous background verifications and checks of the all the volunteers registered with them. However, the Jyeshtha is advised to select its Buddy based on its own judgment and requirements. PM Consultant have listed a wide range of services on the Website and/or App which will be provided by the Buddies to the Jyeshtha. However, PM Consultant shall at no times be liable for any action or inaction by the Buddy detrimental to the interest of the Jyeshtha or unforeseen incidents happened or occurred between the Jyeshtha and the Buddy. PM Consultant shall not be liable and held responsible for incidents such as theft, robbery, disputes, act of violence, breach of trust, financial fraud, embezzlement of money, misuse of any confidential information shared by the Jyeshtha knowingly or unknowingly to the Buddy or any other third party involved in such event, physical injury, attachment and detachment, emotional issues, blackmailing, etc.

Jyeshtha availing any of the services is advised to provide information as they deem fit to be shared with their Buddy. At no times PM Consultant shall be held responsible for any consequences arising out of sharing of information by Jyeshtha to the Buddy or any other third person involved in any such event not in the interest of the Jyeshtha. PM Consultant shall, on best effort basis, if requested by the Jyeshtha, may try to mediate and negotiate and may try to resolve the issue amicably.

While PM Consultant strives to provide accurate information about services offered by the Buddies and charges, if any; some errors may occur from time to time. You agree and acknowledge that we are merely a platform that connects Jyeshtha with the Buddies, and we shall not be liable in any manner for any obligations that have not been explicitly stated elsewhere in the Website and/or App. We are not liable or responsible for fulfilment of any bookings, for the performance and actions of the Buddy, or for any acts or omissions of the Buddy during their provision of the services including any damage they may cause to property, Jyeshtha. By booking services of Buddies through our Website and/or App, Jyeshtha will be deemed to be entering into a contract with the relevant Buddy for the provision of services, and we accept no responsibility or liability, nor do we make any warranty, representation, or guarantee in respect of the Buddy’s performance under such contract.

You agree and acknowledge that soliciting or receiving services from any Buddy independently (outside the Website and/or App) is solely at your own risk, and in such an event, you waive any rights that you may have under the terms and conditions mentioned in our Website and/or App. We do not guarantee or warrant, and we make no representation whatsoever regarding the reliability, quality, or suitability of the Buddies.
